Neurodiversity is literally my life. I've been employed as a public school speech-language pathologist for 18 years, working with neurodivergent youth. I've worked with kids of all ages between 3 and 21 years old, but I especially enjoy middle and high school students. I'm one of the few openly autistic speech pathologists in Wisconsin and I try to draw attention to issues facing autistic and neurodivergent youth and provide professional development around these issues whenever I can. Additionally, I have three twice-exceptional kids of my own (one autistic child, and two with ADHD), which has taught me a lot about navigating gifted education, IEPs, and 504s.

When I'm not busy striking a blow for the rights of neurodivergent youth I like to go camping, read with my cats on my lap, or finish one of my many craft projects.
