It has been my privilege to serve as the WATG President for 2 years and a board member for the past seven years. Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to work in many different capacities. I was an elementary classroom teacher for 10 years before transitioning to a gifted and talented teacher position then math coach. Currently I am a Learning and Improvement Specialist committed to helping all students and all teachers succeed. Additionally, I serve as the K5-12 Enrichment Coordinator and External RTI Coach for the Menomonee Falls School District.

I have presented at numerous conferences including the WATG Conference,  Wisconsin RtI Conference, Wisconsin Promise Conference, WASCD, The Carnegie Institute for Improvement Science in Washington D.C. and the ASQ Conference. The past two summers I had the unique opportunity to work with 150 elementary educators in Guam helping them learn to use data and tools to improve on purpose.
